After many successful loans with Mr lender it had become a quick and easy way for me to get emergency cash online with no fuss....... so I was disappointed when now because I have had 4 loans in 12 months, I start getting grilled on the phone about finances and get request for payslips and phoning my place of work! Very disappointed! As it is no longer a quick, no fuss service I will not be returning, I will instead find a rival that will provide me with a quick and easy service like I had with yourselves once.

I recently took out a payday loan which I have done several times before with no problem but on this occasion it was the total opposite by the end of the loan I almost felt like I was begging,mr lender advertisers an prides itself on fast officiant service which I usually get but not on this occasion I was asked a few times if the loan was for gambling which I usually only get asked once the advise rang me back a few times checking I still had the same employer I realise this has to be done but I was rang back a couple of time and it seamed to take a long time I get text messages from mr lender telling me I can lend upto £1000 an it will be quick an easey but not on this occasion

Hi Brian, thanks for your feedback. As a responsible lender we make sure that our loans are suitable for customers. Even with previous customers, there may have been a change in circumstances which for instance could affect the affordability of the loan repayments – so it’s important we go through these checks. I would have happily given full star rating but for the fact that any time you apply for an advance Mr Lender rings my office. This has proved for embarrassing questions from my boss. Surely the fact that I have repaid every time on time should count for something. A bit of trust for regular customers would go a long way. As it is I am no longer able to use the service as our office now refuse all personal calls.

I taken a loan over 3 months but decided to pay back before the first month. My initial loan was £200 and intotal it was around £320 over the 3 month period. So I called to pay loan before my first month and they said early settlement was £285, which still doesn't make sense due to the fact I'm paying back within 30 days and saving only £35 I'm doing so. They obviously dont have any real benefit to pay back soon.

I had a loan with Mr lender before And paid it back no problem. Then when I tried to apply for another they didn't accept me. I applied today and got accepted and everything went through fine, then to have a different woman ring me up and tell me I can't have it after signing the contract, really annoyed me. Just wish Mr lender would stop getting in touch with me cause I think they pick and choose when they like if and when they want to lend people money.

I did my application online filled in all my details then I had to ring them up and then give all my details again just to be accepted I found this to be an expensive phone call the woman was nice but it was annoying when they had all my details already I just wanted to get the loan agreed

Absolute waste of time. Tell me one thing one day, another thing another. Ask for documentation, which I send what they ask for, apparently can't be processed. Customer service is non existent, takes days to reply. Very poor company.

Same as many today still waiting for the funds despite being told verbally and via e-mail the funds would be in the bank In a few hours that was 11am .

U don't explain your self pro poly it's taken 2 days to get 200 if u would of told me to take picture of a letter with address could of done that yesterday when I gave u all my other details wonga takes 15 min total your along way of there standard ur ok will not be coming to you again once iv paid u all up and I owe nothing thanks for everything either way though just being honest with my answers like u would want

Yes very lovely people and very helpful! And extremely polite everyone of them! Very high interest as many have said Buuutt! My biggest problem is that my credit file as not been updated since march and I paid off my loan in June so very dissapointed! Petty you may think but it's very important to me

All staff very friendly and helpful but check you can truly afford to take out a loan as charges are high waiting for credit file to be updated as I have paid off my loan this wk but file not been updated since march

Staff Member Dexter was great, but I applied for a reloan and was accepted and told it would be in my bank account by 10 am. However I called at 11am to see why the loan had not been submitted and they told me they could not do it and could only offer me a lower amount. Didn't have no communication from them to tell me this or I would of used another provider. Its unsettling when a company such as this well say one thing and then do another ? Personally I wont use them again or recommend them.

Great service shame they can not report a credit file correctly. I would advise any one who uses there service to check there file especially the amount of next payment system this can effect your ability to gain credit else where
