Called Mr Lender to update my card details. Person on the phone was task oriented, unfriendly and brisk. I didn't get a thank you for the update, nor was I given a reasonable explanation on why I had to give unnecessary details of my card, just the phrase:' we would like to know this detail' repeatedly. That is not a customer service oriented attitude. The loans are pricey, compared to competitors.

Claudia...whom I have just been talking to with regards paying off my loan balance .. Is a credit to the company. Very professional and courteous. Sadly the only cross I have to bare is after taking a £400 loan out approx 2-3 weeks ago..and having paid back £100.. It was still a final balance today of over £500 !! So sadly I could not pay in full but paid a substantial chunk. I feel this is an awful lot if interest for such a small period of time . . Certainly as I thought it was 80pbper day per £100 borrowed ! . And to top it all I was due to pay £218 on the 5th of July. And having just paid £300 I have only reduced my first payment by approx £70!! This is shocking...especially as I have used you guys before. But overall the phone call was excellent and thankyou to the lovely Claudia

I found the service very poor today. Was pre approved, informed the funds should be in my account in an hour, 1.5 hours later nothing! I had to call and was not given any reason why funds hadnt been released. Not great service when i have an emergency!

Customer service was very good. Payment plan was disappointing. Borrowed £350 and was told I could only pay it back over 6 months. But could afford to pay it back over 4 months easily looking at the payment plan calculator. Not a company I would reccommend to friends or family.

I have been approved on loan and then hold to find more details .. fair enough.When I called back agent asked me some stupid questions which I already taped In and at the end wanted me to send picture of my card to to email .. to be honnest I wasted time and phone credit. Contact is very poor too cut out on me.

Very disappointed that after being good customer and having fully serviced my loan repayment, I would NOT get an increased amount requested. I was told that it was your policy. Well, your policy is NOT good for customer retention. Thanks. E K Mengech.

To quick on the phone had to repeat Details again and amount to borrow and wait another two hours for transfer of funds

If you want a slow loan that takes forever sometimes to be processed choose Mr lender

Applied on Saturday and was approved. Said it would be in within an hour. Called to update info on Sunday and approved it again. It's now Monday and still nothing in my bank!!!!

Unreliable service.. Was told by an underwriter that everything went through and the money would be transferred within the next hour... It's been 6 hours and nothing so far.

I would have rated it very good. But today's experience was very very bad with Chole very rude woman because of her attitude she declined me for no reason U tile I called back and Natalie sorted it. Natalie helped me through a second application which was kind of her and I give her 100% there however Chloe U get -99.99% the rest is just for saying hello. U were very rude. I like Mr lender just please do away with rude underwriters they will lose you business for nothing. Thanks Natalie B. For sorting it though. Restored my faith in mrlender xxx

I paid one of my payment with 10 days delay and I spoke to them before but when I did repay my loan they decline me for new loan . other companies looking after the customer but Mr lender not..

I applied for a loan they said I had it and then they just called me to say I have been declined. Not very good.

So far things are looking grim. Followed the instructions after application... And no deposit. A day later. Still waiting. I don't mind paying high fees short term in an emergency. But you got to provide the funds! So far not impressed and I expect to be on the phone to them all day chasing it up. Not impressed at all

Hi I find your website application very miss leading, as once I was approved it stated I would have the cash deposited before 10 am and yet I had to call you after 10am to push the application through to only find I would have to wait a further few hours before recieving the funds.

If you need it during the weekend you've got no chance. I did my on Saturday morning about 6am and didn't get any more information until 7:58am Monday morning. And it took 4 hours for the money to go in the bank so didn't recurve anything until Monday afternoon . Not really a very good site if I'm honest. But needs must and all that. Just be carful
