Not even had a loan however had a call on my work number!! Eve. Without providing it to any loan company. Bit rude....

The website is very misleading for existing customers. Unless you continue to take reloans you will never be able to request large amounts upto the £1000 they tell you can borrow when you are logged on and applying. Also if you get an earlyrise call to confirm further details of an application like I did at 7.30amand it goes to voiceprint, don't try calling back the number provided till 8am.and prepare to be on hold for 12mins when you are caller number one in their que, prepare further to be put on hold a second time after being told you're in the wrong department.

Had a £ 200 loan then they took £17 before it had even hit the bank so then you got to pay another £60 interest on top of that never again will I use these robbing companies now iv come into money I'm never gonna be broke ever again hehe hehe

Have used for about a year, thought being changed from 3 monthly payments to 6 would help with cost in fact was complete opposite...turned out a £400 loan actually cost nearly £1000 won't be using them again. Never had any problem before that ????

I filled out an application for which was accepted at 50% of the rate because I was paying in less that 11 days only to be called and told I had to pay 25.00 per hundred because my affordability rating means I had to take over three months. I've had the same loan amount several times before and never had an issue back. It's just there way of getting more money out of me. I'm not overally impressed and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on

Dear Kyle, Thank you for your feedback, Although we may have to set a loan over more than a 1 month repayment schedule this does not mean it cannot be paid back early, Please call our customer service department on 0208-532-5022 to settle your loan early and save on your interest. Regards Mr Lender

Emailed approx 4 hours ago to say all approved and done. Still no funds. Was told funds would be with me 'shortly'. Also to have fund paid to you within the same day its costs £10 fee and a £7 admin charge. By far the most expensive payday loans on offer with not a good service to back it up!!

Holding times where a disgrace. When i finally got through to someone they spoke so quick ans then put me on hold. I was transferres to yet another agent who asked me all the same questions. This isnt a very good customer journey and customers shouldn't have to constantly repeat themselves.

If you don't mind being contacted at work even after specifically asking them not to. They did explain that the had to contact me to verify my employment on the first occasion sand promised not to call again. I applied for a second loan and again the rang me at work. Not happy at all. Dont think id use mr lender again. Cant br trusted

I applied for a loan 7 hours ago, thus completed the online form and spent £8 talking to an agent, yet am still waiting for the loan to go through

Evans, Please note that Mr Lender is an internet based company and do not do business face to face therefore we must speak to our applicants over the phone to confirm details before funds are released, this is due to the fact that the FCA request more structured affordability and credit checks, so funds wil not just be released to you based on your application. We can see your application was processed in half an hour and the funds were received on the day you applied. Regards Mr Lender's Customer Service Team

The team on the phone, sounded like they couldn't care less about anything other than completeing the application and getting me off the phone, they spoke that quick I had to ask more than twice for them to slow down, overall the service of getting the Money to my account was quick the customer service skills how ever are shocking

I thought that after filling in the application form online and answering all the questions that the application would be looked at and I would only be contacted if there was some discrepancy. I did not expect to be called and asked to go through the whole application on the phone again! If Mr Lender need to go through the whole application and ask the customer lots of questions can I suggest that the advisor asks if it is convenient to do so BEFORE launching into it and as I work 12 hour days, and doing this during the hours of 8am and 8pm is not a possibility the perhaps Mr Lender should look at extending their working hours in order to accommodate sure situations as I am sure that I am not the only person that works long shifts! Found the whole process, stressful, and the advisor seeming uninterested in her job. Dull tone and no apology for requiring loads of documents that could not be sent at the time that she needed them!!!!

Celia, After reviewing your application we can see that the application was made at 22:53 on the 01/10/2014 outside of Mr Lenders office hours, however, you were spoke to the following day at 11:52 the following day to confirm the details provided, as we are an internet based company these have to be completed over the phone to insure there are no mistakes made on the application by our customers. Mr lender has a strict lending criteria and if unable to confirm all details as a last resort may request documentation.
