Very helpful but very slow

Good service however the more you use the more questions seems like my first loan was easy and simple then on after it's been questioning and bank statements etc. Think if your more loyal you should have more trust in your customers. Regards, Connor.

The loan application was straightforward, however there was no response to the application for 12 hrs. In order to initiate the loan you have to call the company, which defeats the object of fast cash when needed urgently, money takes 1 to 2 hours to go in, other lenders take 5 mins. What is the delay Mr Lender.

As responsible lenders all of our loans are subject to affordability and credit assessments, and are reviewed further over the telephone with an underwriter before funds are released. We apologise for delay in receiving the funds as the average time is 1-2 hours, however some banks may take longer. Disappointed that my 70p per day, preferential rate has increased to 80p. Was told by the underwriting team that this was a, now expired, special offer, however this is the rate I was offered at the end of July and is what I've been given every time. No longer feeling like a valued customer and seeing no benefit in sticking with Mr Lender in the future.

After sseing my nank statement i saw that 500 waz put into my account instead of 400? Im now not sure were i stand with this now as it was only 400 that i requested not 500??

The customer services staff are helpful and polite. It is frustrating not to be able to make online payments and the queue for phone calls is always too long.

A loan was accepted but later waiting for 6 hours for funds to go in I phoned Mr Lender. I was informed that I needed to update my card details as my current card would expire. I therefore phoned back once I had my new card delivered in the post. I was informed that the person dealing with my application was busy and that he will phone be back in 5 minutes. After 4 hours I phoned back again but it was to late to speak with anyone. Today I phoned and successfully updated my card details. I was informed that funds would be released immediately. However it's now been 7 hours and the loan status still displays 'pending' I have to say this is slightly worrying as Mr Lender is not open again until Monday and I'm wondering if everything is ok. Further to that it hasn't helped my reason for a loan in the first place.
