Disappointed that my 70p per day, preferential rate has increased to 80p. Was told by the underwriting team that this was a, now expired, special offer, however this is the rate I was offered at the end of July and is what I've been given every time. No longer feeling like a valued customer and seeing no benefit in sticking with Mr Lender in the future.
