This website states “we don’t charge a late payment fee” BUT they will sting you for interest if your late paying an instalment. 1 x £40 payment was due, I miss calculated my wages and missed the payment. It ended up costing me an additional £15 for this and was bombarded with Emails and texts regarding this.
I replied with an email to explain what happens and low and behold they said they never received the Email thus costing me a further £7.
