Very disappointed. Have been a customer for a few years and found them to be great. Just paid off my latest loan and applied for a new one only to be told I need to send photo ID? Would understand if I was a new customer but as somebody who has been using Mr Lender for at least three years this seems very odd and I'm very disappointed in this treatment.
