Quick response, very polite. I must say I was quite thrown by the questions surrounding work and how many hours. It confused me as I work various shift patterns and I was asked what time I start and when I'd finished which seemed a bit irrelevant. It wasn't the initial amount I wanted but I was accepted and it is needed as we have funeral costs to sort. The underwriter (Gurdit) was very thorough and helpful.
