I thought that after filling in the application form online and answering all the questions that the application would be looked at and I would only be contacted if there was some discrepancy. I did not expect to be called and asked to go through the whole application on the phone again! If Mr Lender need to go through the whole application and ask the customer lots of questions can I suggest that the advisor asks if it is convenient to do so BEFORE launching into it and as I work 12 hour days, and doing this during the hours of 8am and 8pm is not a possibility the perhaps Mr Lender should look at extending their working hours in order to accommodate sure situations as I am sure that I am not the only person that works long shifts! Found the whole process, stressful, and the advisor seeming uninterested in her job. Dull tone and no apology for requiring loads of documents that could not be sent at the time that she needed them!!!!
