Do not use Mr lender. They will tell you that your loan has been approved and that it is pending, it's not. They wait for you to call them and ask you more questions and then would you believe it your loan suddenly isn't approved and despite asking them not to your passed on to other company's. I strongly believe the good reviews for Mr lender are written by staff members.
