I applied on a Sunday afternoon, with the alleged 1 hour service. Never received the money even though id been approved. I rang them at 3.15 p.m on the Sunday but automated message stated that no-one was there, even though the office should have been open until 3.30. The company really should state that weekend approvals may have to wait til the next working day. I rang this Monday morning and the lady was very helpful. Im still waiting for the money to go into my account though
