“I used their online chat service and spoke to (Tamsin) who was very helpful and caring when I fell behind in my payments she worked with me to come up with a suitable plan to continue repayments. Definitely recommend mr lender that’s understanding and kind and helpful.”

“Been a customer for years and could of done with a little help for the festive period unfortunately declined although my payments in the past were paid on time and last one paid upfront on full a little disappointed really helpful previously bit not on this occasion”

“Mr Lender’s customer service is amazing, l spoke to a guy called Alex, he was so empathetic, understanding and really seamed to care about my situation. Alex told me my options, and has given me peace of mind. An email was also sent with additional information and support, l can not say how helpful and understanding Alex was and he is a credit to the Mr Lender Team.”
