“I believe the process customers are put through is very wary. It feels like they are a robot and don't want to interact with the customer.”

“In the end was a smooth process however applying one day then calling several times unable to get through, leaving messages for call back and emailing to no avail was quite frustrating. Called again the following day for an update and got straight through and details finalised.”

“Took quiet a long time to sort. But team where very helpful and patient. Although I felt that I had to keep contacting them to see how application was progressing as they did not contact me. Got numerous I presume automatic emails to finish application forms.”

“2nd time user thought it was a bit long winded as my circumstances had not changed. The Underwriter was very good as she did try to speed the process up as best she could.”

“On my 4th loan this year purely to rebuild my credit history, paid all on time in full, but they make you call them every time and go through every bit of information time after time, the re-loan process should be a lot simpler”

“Although Mr Lender provides a good service with reasonable rates, there online application process can be pointless particularly if your ab exsisting customer as more often or not you need to speek to there underwriters defeating the whole purpose of quick & easy. Applications. New customers yeah ok but not GOOD customers. Other than that fine”
