“Good however I felt uncomfortable when they said I need to call you on you work phone to verify am still working? Why wouldn't an up to date payslip be sufficient evidence? Other than that can't really fault. They explain everything in crystal clear so you know where you stand”

“Got through to Mr Lender this morning and cleared the balance with Lucy but not happy that it took a day to get through. I did leave my name and number with customer services but no one rang me back”
