“Excellent service the advisor was a real gem and was quick and straight to sorting everything out for me. Must say as a customer service manager it’s excellent to hear such a lovely young mannered man on the other end of the phone and it really does make a difference to the overall experience with a company so thanks again to Callum he’s an excellent asset to your business.”
