“good service but I was asked for a screenshot of my statement and sent a 'screenshot' when they actually wanted the whole statement. Nothing major but would have been easier to be asked for whole statement”

“I don't understand what difference it makes to what account number I give if I've answered all security questions & know this is correct. Other than that things were very helpful & simple”

“Although the service is reasonable, sadly you need to wait in a queing system if you want to repay early rather than other banks or lenders. Also business hours coild be improved as many other companies have & still do work at least a 12 hour day (Mon-Sun)”

“Did not have to hold for long when I initially called,did not go through to the correct department, but was transferred to correct department promptly.advisors friendly,professional, and helpful and bonus cheerful that you don't really get in customer service roles.overall good customer service,and helpful keep up the good work.oy thing wood change is the amount of Apr to lower it,feel you would be one of the best loan companies, as you already have a great helpful professional team.welldone”
