“Spoke with Lauren tonight, closing hours are at 6:30pm and after a long day she still seemed fresh and chirpy! Explained everything to me clearly, when asked about showing my recent bank transactions, I didn't understand how to do so. Lauren explained two different methods, which made it a lot easier to comprehend. After being incorrectly underpaid, I have been stressing about bills and how I could continue getting to work/paying for parking in a busy city centre, this service has helped me immensely. Thank you Lauren and thank you Mr. Lender”

“Nice and quick, but we will see. Didn't like the fact I had to give out full debit card details for repayment methods, would have prefered to have set up a direct debit. In all fairness they paid when then said they would. Would have gave a higher rating if it wasn't for the payment method”
