“i was messed about being transferred from person to person i had to fill my details out 3 times my capital wasn't deposited even though i paid for same day this lender is a joke”

Liam, Thank you for your feedback, We apologise if you feel this service was not acceptable, however, we can see that your funds were released on the same day you applied. The reason you spoke to numerous advisors is due to the fact that your application will be delegated to a certain advisor who will contact you once the application has been received. As you called the customer service department we would not process an application as we have a specialist department for this so you would have been transferred through. “Im not happy and wont be using them again. I got emailed a code from then £25 per £100 and free transfer. They decided to pay me £ 383 on £400 and now they expect me to pay £100 interest for 7 days as my payday is friday 19th. It day light robbery. Im waiting for a reply to my email they can have there £383 back”

Dear Martine, Thank you for your email, We can see that on the 13/09/2014 you applied for your fifth loan with Mr Lender and was approved for £400.00, £100.00 interest applicable. We would like to confirm the reason you have received the amount of £383.00 into your account is due to the deduction £10.00 same day transfer fee whereby you opted to receive the funds on the same day and the deduction of the £7.00 admin fee which is applicable to all of our loans. Please note that this is also stated under Financial details in your consumer credit agreement as shown below: Administration Fee: £7.00 (deducted from Amount of Credit) Same day transfer fee: £10.00 (deducted from Amount of credit Please note that this is exactly the same as your previous loan that you were approved on the 14/06/2014 except this time round you have £25.00 per hundred and not £30.00 per hundred. “I applied for £150 for a week they gave me £133 in my account they want me to pay £175 for one week loan they said £10 fast payment £7 admin fess and the rest is you interest never will use them again woonger paid day loan is they best even if you can pay back on time you can pay in instalment they will freeze the intrest too I'm paying £5 a week”
