“Good so far, able to manage my account easy which is good. Only thing is they had to ring me to confirm things again on my third loan, which was a bit of a pain but other than that brilliant so far and fast service!”

“Hi my name is Samuel Ponnappah I am self employed and had no work during January so could not afford my payment, I first spoke to a lady who told me I'm going to earn charges and increase in interest. This did not help me one bit I then got spoke to a man called Simon at customer services he was much more polite and conversed with the manager to resolve the problem at my best interest and was a breath of fresh air to speak to after the previous woman I had spoke to. He was Very polite and helpful.”
