“The only complaint I would have is with regards to the waiting time on the phone to actually get through to someone. In the end up I did have to put the phone down. However the lady I dealt with did ring me back twice, was very efficient and made the process easy over the phone. Took a bit longer than I expected to get the funds into my account, but all in all service was good :)”
