“I had 2 loans with Mr lender o settled early and was pre approve for a loan. However as I wanted another reloan I called instead of online the advisor went through even the smallest details I do understand that she need to explain but I have had previous loan and I thought it was just a hassle when I could have gone online and get the application done in mins”

“Was using Mr lender for a few months got into that horrible cycle of rolling them over through no fault of my own but when it came to that dreaded call to say that I was unable to repay them they couldn't have been more helpfull and I could tell by the tone of matt's voice that he genuinely wanted to help me sort my problem unlike other more well know payday lenders (we all know the annoying puppets that fronts the company). I would certainly recommend Mr lender as a short term solution to money issues but just don't borrow if you know deep down you can't pay it back! Again a big thanks to Mr lender for being so understanding.”

“Fast and quick service, wish the interest fees would be decreased for long time and returning customers. Also, I understand the agents on the phone are trying to process the loan quick, but a little bit of banter and or personality during the phone call wouldn't hurt anyone. Overall, I am a happy customer.”

“There could be improvements to the website allowing for further real time interaction. The operator Matt at the other end of the line was professional, clear and precise explanation of T&Cs and very courteous. Very good customer service attitude Matt. I'd like to see more flex in the loans available and improved website to get that 5 star rating.”
