“Application process very thorough application process although a bit lengthy. Apr a bit higher than other lenders however at least the call centres in this company seem to be friendly & British.”

“Customer services are very helpful and polite and i have had no problems with customer services at all i have used mr lender 3 times now and will use them again. The only problem i have is that they say the funds will be in your account within an hour on the site but it takes an hour to get a call back to check information that has already been given. Then it takes up to two hours for the funds to be sent. This could be improved especially for returning customers as 99 times out of 100 the information hasn't changed. Other than that mr lender are very helpful.”
