“I have nothing but praise for Mr Lender. They were quick to help, they reply to emails within hours, they changed my repayment date with no questions. All communication from them is very polite and helpful. I would recommend these above any other lenders.”

“great service first time round, easy application straight forward and funds in my account in minutes. payed loan off on time with just one issue with a late payment due to an issue I had with a delayed wage payment from my employer but made the payment a day or to later and Mr lender were great very understanding and flexible. so when my fridge freezer packed up this morning I immediately thought Mr Lender. so logged in and noticed that Mr lender had increased maximum loan amount limit to £1,500 so I thought great, looked online for a fridge freezer found a great deal for a fridge and separate freezer for £750. came back to Mr lender entered loan amount applied. And waited..... and waited..... received an email my maximum loan amount is £400?? ok so back online found a fridge freezer within that price range and then back to Mr lender reapplied for a £400 loan... and waited..... and waited. an other email from Mr lender need additional information. ok I thought, so added additional information.... and waited..... and waited..... and waited... no email so decided to call passed over yet more additional information to then be told application was unsuccessful.. Wtf...... why increase a loan amount then reduce it and then decline the application all together?? will not be using this service again and will now also be letting the friends and family that I recommended mr lender too,NOT to use these.”

All loans are subject to credit and affordability assessments, unfortunately we can never guarantee the outcome of what an application may be before these checks are done. On this occasion the checks that had been carried out unfortunately determined that you had not met our lending criteria and we were unable to procced with the application. It is our number one priority as a business that we provide loans to our customers that are affordable for them and will not cause them any difficulties with repayments. We will never approve a loan where we believe there is a risk it could worsen our customers overall financial situation. Because you were not eligible on this occasion it does not mean you will be ineligible indefinitely, please visit your online account page to keep up to date on the status of your account. “I have had emergency and mr lender helped me a great deal really simple and great way of just paying off your loan quick and easy - however on this occasion I needed this even though I have made on time payments it has been declined unfortunately.”

“They have helped me with loans when I have been declined elsewhere. But more than this is the support I just received for a payment issue. I was so worried about it but they really have helped. If you are worried I’d recommend getting in touch, if you don’t want to speak to someone verbally they have a live chat too. Thank you so much, and special mention to Amy.”

“This is not just a Lending service only however, is a real human-to-human relationship with a consumer centred approached throughout the agreement journey. ““waited and waited and approved then declined after sending 3 months payslips. I think the company is a scam asking me to send a photo ID again which is so unnecessary and unacceptable, that’s why credit profiling is available for purpose of these nature but they only know that some of have mortgages but yet wasted all my time. I don’t understand how they getting good reviews here. Could’ve gone elsewhere”

“Easy, straightforward process and fast application process. I've never had any issues with Mr Lender, very professional and swift service. I like the option that I can always pay my loan off early with no extra charges incurred and less interest fees. They will ask for your ID if need be and income verification which is understandable and they have GDPR in place. As stated by most, this should not be a long term money/debt fix for anyone but if you have an emergency then I'd certainly recommend ML and as always do your own research before borrowing or reach out to the company directly if you have any queries, they are very helpful.”
