“Very misleading, multiple messages stating "approved, money within the hour" but actually still stages of the process had to be completed. Can request up to £1000 but can't actually receive that amount until you've had previous loans, so despite having £600 "approved" I could only receive £500. Service was good from caller though, reasonably straightforward.”
