“the service is good the staff courteous and professional at what they do. Once you put the phone down after your initial application the money is in the bank within the hour this has happened on every occasion, my only concern is the phone call took 25 minutes just to say all my information was the same as the previous time. I would say a slight improvement is to request Maybe by text or e-mailor even a simple login and password as an account to request a reload that I think would be for quicker on the customers end. overall I am satisfied with the service thanks”

“Not normally the route I would go down, however I needed financial help on a short term basis and can't fault Mr Lender. Cheaper than using my overdraft. Only criticism I would have is the lengthy call waiting times.”
