“Got put through to a chap called dan. Was nothing short of an OG (original gangsta) to be fair, took a while to actually get through to someone but when I did dan got everything sorted for me in a professional and friendly manner. Very rare you speak to someone on the phone who puts a bit of personality into the call. GET DAN PROMOTED”
