“Website easy to use. Was accepted. After waiting for the money to go to my bank for 2 hours ...I decided to call. The website approval site stays that If someone needs to call they will be in touch within a few minutes. This did not happen. When I called. ...The service was great, really helpful and clear. Answered all questions put to me, was asked to provide wave slips, which I did. Then I got a call back within minutes of emailing this. Was told everything was fine. Just waiting on loan now. Overall service was great, and the guy I was talking to was really helpful and pleasant. Only problem, as I said above was that I hac to make an initial call.”

“I find it much better to call the company as sometimes it takes longer when you apply online. I applied online and then followed it up with a phone call. The people on the phone were very helpful. Thank you Mr Lender:)”

“Corrine,was very helpfull and friendly . Great service but for me the let down is you fill in a application on line . You get approved . So that's great but then you get a call the nxt day and do it all again . Don't get that .”

“Happy with the service. Only downfall is when I applied for the loan I didn't hear from them as to whether or not it had been approved until I contacted them. Apart from that very good. Easy application, helpful staff. Very happy.”

“Well dont expect to get accepted without a phone call.. Very annoying that you cannot complete apllication online. Otherwise a good company. Secondly telephone lones are stupendously busy so isnt really the quickest process..”
