“Bit of a long winded process with emailing wageslips and other stuff but overall customer service was very good would of given 5* if the process was simpler”

“Always found customer service to be polite and helpful and quickly addressed any queries I have. Only criticism I would have is the time on hold waiting for a call to be answered. Once through, no complaints”

“George from the underwriters dept was absolutly outstanding, he was very helpfull explainwd every detail so i could understand every procedure and detail, i would of give 5 stars but when i rang to see if george had recieved my documents, i explained to this girl i wanted to speak to george as hes been dealing with my app, she then proceeded to tell me that the documents recieved needed to show my bank balance with incomings and outgoings i explained that i got told all i needed to send in was my wage slip and something with my name and address on wich i sent my latest bnk statement showing my address bnk details and my wage going in but shaded all other transactions out as this is personal and didnt get advised otherwise, the adviser was very adament that she needed to see my bnk balance and whats coming in and whats going out which i explained that i wasnt comfortable doing that as its non of her buisness about my bnk activity, she made me feel degraded as her tone was very arrogent and not very helpful, apart from this nosy arrogent adviser,george was fantastic and was very helpfull indeed,”

“The agent I spoke to was just lovely and understanding. She made the process easy as speaking to lenders on the phone is rarely a pleasant experience. The only downside is they're quite expensive.”
