“Had a problem with logging into system. Had to be transferred so had to go through data protection again so slight irritant! Once put through lovely customer service agent - 5 stars for her definitely! ! Problem solved very promptly so great experience all round”

“Customer service agent Fahim was excellent and helped out where other colleagues hadn't been particularly bothered. Sorted out an issue which could (and should) have been dealt with properly a week earlier. Very grateful for his customer care.”

“I've had a good experience with Mr lender. Customer service has been brilliant also, only reason why it's 4 star not 5 is only because of how long it takes for funds to be transferred not a massive problem if you don't need the money straight away, thank you Mr lender.”
