“I have been using Mr lender for a while now and the customer service I received this morning was friendly and very straightforward. I'm an easy going person so i took light to the lady dealing with my call referring to myself as Trisha Goddard. sadly not everone has a gsoh!”

“Quick response, very polite. I must say I was quite thrown by the questions surrounding work and how many hours. It confused me as I work various shift patterns and I was asked what time I start and when I'd finished which seemed a bit irrelevant. It wasn't the initial amount I wanted but I was accepted and it is needed as we have funeral costs to sort. The underwriter (Gurdit) was very thorough and helpful.”
