“Had been calling their customer service desk to see if all ok gave all info required and they said funds will be in my account during the day then it was by the end of the day it's now 5.30 still no funds not sure what else to do was so looking forward to food shopping”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We can confirm, there was an unfortunate delay with customers receiving their funds at the weekend. This was due to a technical issue with Barclays bank. “its a shame they have so many good reviews yet i feel i have to give a bad one been waiting over 24 hrs for my loan to come though even though i have signed the agreement twice the phone conversation i had she was very helpful and was easy to understand just a shame i've been waiting so long for the funds to reach my account would be alot better if once you have signed your agreement you get your funds within an hour of signing your agreement apart from that they was very helpful”

“Ok if you are paying you loan on time if you don't they phone your employers number many times to contact you which is very wrong and embarrassing. Other than that is ok”

“The application form was straight forward and easy to fill out. The customer service wasnt very good. I rang up three times about mine due to needing proof that i worked and was told on the first call i would get a call back after sending it and i never did. I had to ring them about it otherwise it wouldnt have been full processed.”

“Company tend to go over everything by phone as well as the online application which makes the online application a bit pointless. Spoke to Lauren and she was well informed and very helpful. I would have no hesitations dealing with her again.”

“Phone call was helpful. But the process need polishing. I applied and was told I would be paid out within an hour...the hour came and went but no funds. I called them and they told me I needed to finalise details. So I could have been sat there a long time waiting. Also, the fees are extortionate compared to other places.”

“Overall, as a company Mr Lender have been good. However, their systems are not very sophisticated for example, calling them to arrange a payment date then if paying by bank transfer or something, you straight away falling into arrears and then receive phone calls and emails chasing the money you've already paid and being told you've defaulted on the loan; it causes much unnecessary stress. I wouldn't advise anyone to get a payday loan. However, if someone would definitely go for a payday loan I would recommend Mr Lender.”
