“Friendly helpful assistants. Bit longwinded process by phone”

“Disappointed that u have to wait and produce evidence of employment when I have already done this in previous months. Not a quick and hassle free service because of this I only gave it 3 stars . Have to phone wait in a queue and complete endless security . Just the standard lender behaviour.”

“Very disgusted by the question that was asked "Are you using the money for gambling purposes " I think that is out of order and should be reviewed by mr lender management Think its offensive especially knowing that mr lender are only giving loans to people who have a good credit responsible rating and those who desperately need it”

“Outwith working hours, the service becomes very time consuming + you have to duplicate all information over the phone. Funding could also be quicker - most banks now process bank transfers immediately.”

“To repay early you have to phone up and wait for an operator rather than pay thru the internet. Was rather surprised when asked why i wanted to pay it back early. (Dont we all want to do this ideally). But repayment taken straight away so nice and quick.”

“Still waiting for confirmation of my loan but yet being told to leave a review? How about you provide me with the service first then ill tell you how your service was? Again alot of these reviews are being posted after people recieve only provisional acceptance thinking they are just awaiting the funds to be deposited. This is my second loan application with mr lender and will say that first time was all good absolutely no problems at all was able to pay off early in full and have alot of interst removed. Ill let you know how this one pans out...”

“Yasmin was helpful and efficient although she was quote monotone which made the elongated call slightly harder. As a repeat customer I don't understand why Mr Lender feel the need to be asking me intrusive questions about what I want to do with the money. Decent service overall.”

“Rates a bit higher than others. Good customer service however having to go through a full detailed conversation when wanting a reloan is a bit of a nightmare thats the only downside to this lender.”

“I rang this morning to update my card detailed as my card on my account has expired and I was told no I could not do this please re apply for another loan and will change it then . After senting a email asking how I could do this and being told to ring them and update it i hadn't got me no where fast !”

“It was quite straightforward specially when I had to cancel my loan,(Lucy customer service) because took too long the transfer (3 days) but on beginning was a little dragging. With 2 customer services I had to give my details 5 times but in the end was sorted. I was rating 4 stars but the money arrived to late due to banks ( technical issues).but yeah I recommend to someone else”
