“I applied on a Sunday afternoon, with the alleged 1 hour service. Never received the money even though id been approved. I rang them at 3.15 p.m on the Sunday but automated message stated that no-one was there, even though the office should have been open until 3.30. The company really should state that weekend approvals may have to wait til the next working day. I rang this Monday morning and the lady was very helpful. Im still waiting for the money to go into my account though”

“Was kinda strange was told in email could borrow 1000 wanted 850 but when applied was then told I could only get 750 after having two loans before and fully paid back”

“Using the online application, I was approved for 300 pounds. However when speaking on the phone, my limit had been reduced to 200. Don't believe the website. Customer service was good but the login area of the site needs work. I was also given two different passwords by the phone teams.”
