“Good and quick but shouldnt charge you if you want your money the same day you pay enough back in intrest, you should be able to do it all online instead of having to phone them aswell which costs a fortune. But over all good.”

“Been using Mr Lender for awhile now. There service is good. I took out a £310 loan paying back in 6 installments. I am nearly finished paying them however I will have paid back £717!!! for a £310 loan which only worked out at £300 due to £10 fee so more than double £417 really not sure how they work that one out. They are fine for an emergence and I like there service fast and friendly I will use them again but only on a rare occasion as that's far too much to be paying back.”

“£10 same day transfer is rediculous. Borrowed £110 only got £93. Got £93 pay back £173 nearly double!!!! Stay clear”

“The reason I have rated normal As opposed to good is due to the fact I have had a number of loans now and each time I have to end up calling to go Through the same details as I did the time before , before the money gets transferred . Even though it will state 'if an underwriter needs further info they will call you' when the application has been submitted, but they never do . I understand it is to confirm your details are still the same however I feel it would be better to review it maybe every 3-6 months instead of each time you apply for the loan. Also, I dont like the fact it costs £10 to have the money transferred on the Same day”

“Lead people in offering more money via text for returning customers. Then say it's a fault with the system and you can't offer that much. Sneaky business.”

“I recently hurt my back at work and was unable to make my regular payment. I've never missed a payment before and asked if the day could be changed. I was advised this couldn't be done for company policy reasons! The advisor could have been a little more sympathetic, instead of helping customers with individual problems they seen to tar everyone with the same brush as a customer who would give any excuse not to make a payment. I doubt I will use this company again!”

“Have used this company on several occassions overall straight forward applying and receiving funds however no customer loyalty bonus or discount had several loans paid early and never receive a discount or good customer application do not like the fact they have changed there' payment options to 3 or 6 monthly either the interest rates have tripled since this”

“Initially i was mislead to believe i could repay the loan at the end of the 6 months. After noticing that my account was debited after 1 month I called to complain. Sammy was very helpful and cancelled the loan and only paid the amount back due to mr lenders mistake. Would of been a 1 star if the issue hadn't been resolved. I was lied to which was unacceptable but Sammy was really helpful.”

“I agree with most reviews in that advisors are really pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately my experience was made negative as I was called at work which was very unwelcome and caused me embarrassment and a telling off!. Im still worried I will be called at work again even though ive stressed that it must not happen. Please dont do this again mr lender!!”

“The guy was very helpful however I do think they need to stop charging. £10 fee for same day transfer as this with the admin fee makes then one of the most expensive payday loans available, other than this can't really complain if you need a pay day advance for little emergancies”

“The process is simple and quick and the customer service team is very helpful. The prices are way too high. £100 borrowed +£30 interest. Then to have £7 administration fee taken from the loan principal and £10 for the fast transfer fee leaves you with £83 received in your bank account and £130 repayable. When youbpook at this over a 15 day loan term it is extortionate. I've researched many companies as part of an experiment and Mr Lender stands out as the most expensive by a very long way.”
